ETEQ has rich experience of troubleshooting complex system problems to equipment specific problems. We have done it all over the world.
ETEQ provides complete design, procurement support and installation, commissioning and start-up support. ETEQ also monitors the performance and provides a report.
We conduct The RCA (Root Cause Analysis) which includes our proprietary protocol UCA (Unknown Cause Analysis).

Example 1: Bottoms pumps handling liquid with high content of solids. One pump recirculates the liquid back to the tank bottom. Second pump moves the liquid to desired downstream equipment. 2 special filters are at the pumps discharge!
Example 2: Many plants have the need to empty the tank. Many pumps get damaged attempting to empty the tank as they run dry for few minutes. We have a unique complete solution to manage this that is already well proven.
A typical protocol consists of:
- Site visit
- Defining the problem (a problem well defined results in a problem 50% solved!)
- Assist in forming a multi-disciplinary task team for troubleshooting
- Review available data and sort out relevant data
- Identify data required for completeness
- If some data is not available take actions to collect required data
- Analyse the data
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) protocol
- Conduct unknown cause analysis (UCA) protocol, if required
- Deliver a report with recommendations
- Recommend specific monitoring on commissioning/ start-up
- Confirm/ verify that problem is solved
