TECHNICAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (TSA)

TSA is best suited for an on-demand technical help-desk service

Clients may request specific details or support, after which ETEQ will review the relevant data, conduct evaluations and analyses, and provide actionable recommendations. All hours worked are recorded in a timesheet, which the client must approve. Once 50 hours have been accumulated, or at the end of every 2 months, ETEQ issues an invoice for payment.

Troubleshooting work can be included in the TSA agreement, with the following qualification.

Note: Travel and accommodation required to visit the client’s office/ site will be arranged/ paid by the client. The travel time will be added to the total hours invoiced.

ETEQ’s services, including but not limited to Project Engineering, Plant Enhancement Modules, and Training, are not governed by the TSA and require a separate contract.

Order Confirmation

This Order Confirmation is issued for the execution of a Technical Services Agreement (TSA) between CLIENT / CONTRACTOR and ETEQ Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Subcontractor), legally represented by Mr Pramod Mulbagal.

    • The technical scope of work shall be mutually determined and formally signed off by both parties.

  • Client’s/Contractor’s site or office, as required
  1. Scope of Work
  • Provision of Rotating Equipment Helpdesk Services (remotely from Pune), up to a maximum of 100 hours per month.
  • Provision of Rotating Equipment Services at the Client’s/Contractor’s site/office, for a mutually agreed duration.
  1. Deliverables
  • Services shall be performed by Mr Pramod Mulbagal, or by ETEQ team member/s nominated by Mr Pramod Mulbagal, considering the deliverables and capabilities, acting in the capacity of Specialist Rotating Equipment Engineer/s.
  • Deliverables include technical support, diagnostics, and advisory services in accordance with the mutually agreed and signed-off scope of work.

  1. Timesheet & Approval
  • All working hours shall be recorded in a timesheet prepared by ETEQ Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
  • Each entry shall include a brief description of the work performed.
  • Timesheets must be reviewed and approved by the authorised focal point of the Client/Contractor.
  1. Privacy & Confidentiality
  • Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical, commercial, and operational information exchanged under this Agreement.
  • The Subcontractor shall not disclose, share, or use any Client/Contractor data, documents, or proprietary information for purposes other than fulfilling the agreed scope of work.
  • All data and information provided by the Client/Contractor shall remain the exclusive property of the Client/Contractor.
  • Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
  • Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of the Agreement and may give rise to claims for damages.
